Expiry alert service
EpiPen® (adrenaline) auto-injector have an expiry date and may be less effective after that date.
By registering your EpiPen® (adrenaline) auto-injector with our Expiry Alert Service, we will send through free notifications by either SMS or email notifying you if your pen is due to expire.
Registering for the free alert service is very simple, just complete and submit the form under registration and you will receive your expiry alerts at 3 different stages
- Stage 1: you will receive 4 weeks prior to the expiration of your EpiPen® (adrenaline) auto-injector
- Stage2: you will receive 2 weeks prior to the expiration of your EpiPen® (adrenaline) auto-injector
- Stage 3: you will receive the day after the expiration of your EpiPen® (adrenaline) auto-injector
