Registration
Registering for the free alert service is very simple, just complete and submit the form below and you will receive your expiry alerts at 3 different stages
- Stage 1: you will receive 4 weeks prior to the expiration of your EpiPen ® (adrenaline) Auto-Injector
- Stage 2: you will receive 2 weeks prior to the expiration of your EpiPen ® (adrenaline) Auto-Injector
- Stage 3: you will receive the day after the expiration of your EpiPen ® (adrenaline) Auto-Injector
Alerts will be sent through free notifications by either SMS or email notifying you your pen is due to expire.
When your EpiPen® (adrenaline) auto-injector expires, visit your GP to dispose of the out of date pen and collect your new one. If you have any further queries visit our FAQs.
If you have more than one pen with the same expiry date then you only need to register once.

PLEASE NOTE. The Expiry Alert service is provided as an additional support to people who carry EpiPen ® (adrenaline) Auto-Injector. Although we do take as much care as possible to ensure the efficiency of this service, however patients are reminded that it is entirely their responsibility to ensure that their medication is within its expiry date and Meda Pharmaceuticals does not accept any liability should this service be disrupted for any reason.
