Remove the blue safety release cap, and then swing and jab the EpiPen® into your outer thigh to release the hidden needle and the dose of adrenaline. Hold the pen in place for 10 seconds, then remove it and massage the injection site for at least 10 seconds. The EpiPen® User Guide page has full instructions.
