Remove the blue safety release cap, and then swing and jab the EpiPen® into your outer thigh to release the hidden needle and the dose of adrenaline. Hold the pen in place for 3 seconds, then remove it and massage the injection site for at least 10 seconds. The EpiPen® User Guide page has full instructions.
